The treatment process

To arm you with knowledge let’s break down the treatment process for you;

  • You have completed all of your research and are committed to taking your first step to having a treatment done; make a booking here.

Note: Prior to booking pre-determine if you are a good candidate for permanent makeup. Please also read the aftercare and terms and conditions.

  • Once your booking has been confirmed, you will then be asked to complete consultation form which needs to be filled in and the consent signed off. If you are unable to fill this out at home then we can fill this in on the day together.

I use this to help me assess your health and also your expectations for the treatment, very rarely am I not able to perform the treatment for you, but it is important this information is correct as we may have to discuss possible implications &/ alternate treatment options.

  • Consultation

This is my chance to make sure you are armed with knowledge going into the treatment, discussing your consultation and narrowing down your wishlist for the outcome of the procedure

    Before Photos

An essential part for an artist is to record our canvas prior to beginning

    Design & Symmetry

After cleansing the skin, the design begins. I take into account our discussions but your facial morphology does “all the talking”, my designs are a combination of my eye, mapping string, your thoughts and also technology. Your approval of this step is paramount.

    Colour Selection

I use a couple of different ranges of pigments depending on the treatment area (brows, eyeliner or lips), desired result (colour and density) and medical history. I always use reputable brands that have stood the test of time with high quality, safe and pleasant healed colours in skin. Colours are customised for the individual, I do eer on the side of caution with colour at the first appointment as every skin holds pigments slightly differently.

    Tattooing

Let the work begin! This step requires the most patience from you as my client, there is a general time taken to do set procedures however this can vary between clients and I do not always know until I start working with your skin. I work as gently as possible and limit your discomfort.

    Showcase

With much anticipation and patience on your end, combined with my hard work the initial result can be revealed (albeit a little darker and slightly swollen).

Note: Remember this is only a temporary result, the true results take up to 4 weeks to show

    After photos

Time to record your fresh new look for my records, nothing gets posted online unless I have your permission (which is greatly appreciated to showcase my art to other clients)

    Aftercare

A beautiful healed result not only depends on my ability but also relies on the aftercare regime. I will give you instructions on how to look after your treatment/investment.

  • This is essential for any permanent make up procedure, the healed result varies between each individual, so the second session allows me to evaluate the shape, colour and technique to make necessary tweaks to perfect your new look.

Note: Very rarely will someone need a third session.
